PotatoFinger's Mission and Values
It is the mission of PotatoFinger to offer an exceptional potato chip to every customer. We use the highest quality potatoes and produce our chips to meet strict US food production standards. We value diversity, enthusiasm, integrity and teamwork. We respect our customers and each other. And we love potato chips.

PotatoFinger is a favorite nickname from owner Leon Stoltz's childhood years in South Africa. A potato chip snacker from an early age, his mom called him "potato fingers" because of the perpetual layer of potato chip residue left behind on his fingers and hands. As a grown-up, he trademarked his nickname, and began the long search for his very own potato chip recipe to manufacture.

Owners Leon and Lainie Stoltz, self-professed potato chip aficionados, proudly distribute PotatoFinger Potato Chips to better grocery stores throughout the eastern United States.
A like-minded pair of creative thinkers, they established PotatoFinger in 2000 and reorganized in 2006 as an incubator for special products and services that they have brought to market over the years. Their ultimate goal was to launch their own special line of potato chips under the PotatoFinger brand. The debut of PotatoFinger Potato Chips is the happy result of their quest for a chip with the perfect combination of crispness and flavor.
