Leon Stoltz, Co-Founder and CEO
Leon Stoltz sets the direction for the future growth of the company. Prior to co-founding the company in 2000, Mr. Stoltz served as CEO of several start-up companies in industries including telecommunications, import/export and commercial real estate. Prior to his emigration in 1993 to the United States from South Africa, Mr. Stoltz worked for Telkom, SA, overseeing product launches and implementation of national trade shows and exhibitions.
Elizabeth E. Dahlberg-Stoltz, Co-founder and Creative Director
An innovative visionary, Ms. Dahlberg-Stoltz champions the company’s entry into worldwide markets with a strong and consistent brand. As an award-winning art director at Cable News Network (CNN), Ms. Dahlberg-Stoltz served for 11 years, achieving industry recognition for her work in graphic design. Ms. Dahlberg-Stoltz provided creative direction for PotatoFinger’s spokesmodel, “Chipponie,” and created all graphics seen on the company’s unique packaging and marketing materials.

Mary Propes
Prior to founding MVP Group International, a candle company based in Charleston, SC, with factories in the United States, India and Guatemala, Mary Propes served as an expert consultant to numerous companies and corporations. Since forming Masters Consultants in 1987, Ms. Propes has worked with many of the largest Agra business companies in the world, including ConAgra, Cagles, Avian Farms, Claxton, Criders, Perdue, Sara Lee, Jamaican Broilers, and CP of Thailand. Ms. Propes has also consulted with non-poultry companies such as Georgia Power, State of Georgia, Value City, Shottenteins and Atlantic Paper, as well as towns and cities wishing to recruit industry.
Glenn Sturm
Glenn Sturm is a partner in the law firm of Nelson, Mullins, Riley & Scarborough of Atlanta, GA, practicing in corporate and technology law. Mr. Sturm is also the founder of an Internet enabling company, Netzee, Inc., which he took public in 1999. Mr. Sturm is a member of the Florida Bar Association and the State Bar of Georgia.
Frank Seiji Sanda
Before founding Japan Communications Inc. in 1996, Frank Sanda served as CEO of Apple Computer Japan and Vice President and General Manager at Motorola Inc. Sanda has extensive experience in finance, having filled senior officer positions at Citibank and Merrill Lynch in the United States. He also spent 12 years working in the railroad industry in both Canada and the United States.
Doug Cagle
James Douglas Cagle, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Cagle’s Inc. in Atlanta, Georgia, has worked for Cagle’s Inc. since his father started the company in 1945. Mr. Cagle serves on the Board of Directors for the Georgia Net and the U.S. Poultry & Egg Association. He currently serves on the Board of Trustees at Mercer University. He has served as past president for the Georgia Poultry Federation, Georgia Poultry Processors Association and the Georgia Poultry Improvement Association. He has served in the past as trustee for the pension plan of the RWDSU (Retail, Wholesale, and Department Stores International Union).
John Morabito
John Morabito is a successful business leader and entrepreneur. Prior to joining Merrill Lynch, Mr. Morabito has run divisions in excess of $300 million for companies ranked in the international Fortune 100. He has been a partner in a series of businesses including food and beverage production, software and retail sportswear. In that capacity he has experience with both private and public transactions and has been cited in Business Week and The Wall Street Journal for building the 89th fastest growth company of 1999, Saratoga Beverage Group. He is a recognized expert on beverage production and distribution and has been published over 50 times in regional and national magazines.
Rhonda Kallman
Rhonda Kallman is the Founder and CEO of New Century Brewing Company, established in 2001. Previously, Ms. Kallman served 15 years as a founding partner and executive vice president of the Boston Beer Company, makers of Samuel Adams beer, a leading and recognized micro-brew.
